AXE Machinery has completed the installation of a sorting complex for bulky waste and construction waste at the client's location. The line capacity is more than 150 m³/h.

The heart of the line is a two-deck Spaleck vibrating screen, which allows you to separate three fractions: soil and sand 0-8 mm, screenings 8-70 mm and a coarse fraction over 70 mm, which goes to manual sorting. The screen is equipped with an additional sieve made of elastic polymer material, which effectively beats off adhering soil.

After screening the waste stream is divided into two threads and sent to manual sorting.
The main goal of the project is not only to reduce the volume and weight of waste, but also to isolate the maximum possible amount of secondary fractions such as PET, LDPE, HDPE, ferrous and non-ferrous metals and wood, as also secondary building materials: soil and sand, secondary crushed stone, broken bricks and concrete.
