DESCRIPTION

The FORTAN pyrolysis module with 4.0 m3 retorts made of heat-resistant stainless steel, equipped with automatic operation and control of equipment parameters, as well as active and passive safety systems, is a functional installation for the disposal of hazardous waste of hazard classes 3-4 using the method of low-temperature pyrolysis. The equipment operates in a temperature range from 200 to 550°C, and is designed to destroy a wide range of waste, more than 1000 types according to FKKO, including (various types of plastic films, bitumen-based materials, car tires, fuel oil fractions, oil sludge, etc.). The installation is equipped with a liquid fuel and gas burner operating on fuel and gas produced during pyrolysis, which allows minimizing operating costs when implementing the technological process. The pyrolysis module is controlled through the use of a control panel, the automation of which regulates various parameters of the equipment’s operation.
