Crusher DP 660 M driven by an electric motor, designed
for grinding technology and fuel chips, shavings, wood, pieces of bark, small wood waste that are formed during
the production of lumber and plywood, as well as other
bio-products to the desired fraction.
HAMMER GRINDER OPERATING PRINCIPLE
From the electric motor, through the pulleys with a V-belt transmission, the rotation is transmitted to the rotor shafts. The rotor consists of a central shaft and disks, structurally connected with four axes, on each of which hammers sit freely. Under the action of the centrifugal force of inertia,
the hammers take a radial position and the incoming material is crushed into a fine fraction. The finished
crushed fraction passes through a sieve into the nozzle
of a centrifugal fan and is sucked out of the machine.
The resulting fine fraction is used in production lines for the production of fuel briquettes and granules (pellets), special porous bricks, wood-polymer materials, for the production of biologically active substances, in physical and chemical technological processes. An important condition for the use of the grinder is to work indoors on dry raw materials.
