DESCRIPTION
Pyrolysis module FORTAN 2.8 m3 is a modern compact installation for processing/disposal of waste using low-temperature pyrolysis. The most effective use of pyrolysis modules occurs when recycling waste containing hydrocarbons and: these include various types of plastic, bitumen-based materials, car tires, fuel oil fractions, oil sludge, waste oils, etc. The main reason is that when recycling such waste you get useful commercial products (fuel, carbon) that can be used both for the enterprise’s own needs and sold to legal entities/individuals. ,. The installation consists of 2 burners, liquid fuel (powered by fuel obtained during the pyrolysis process), and gas (powered by gas released during the pyrolysis process, and its productivity is 5-10 m3 per day, and depends on the type of waste processed.
