DESCRIPTION

The Husmann HFG2 waste shredder is used for shredding household waste, plastics, composting materials, wood - old wood, used wood, boards, slabs, green branches, pallets, cable reels.
Diameter of processed material: up to 200 mm.
The unit is loaded via a tray and a floor conveyor belt.
Freely suspended infeed roller with a diameter of 200 mm.
Continuously feeds material to the rotor.
The chopping rotor is equipped with free-swinging hammers and operates at a rotation speed of approx. 1,500 rpm.
The crushing hammers are equipped with screw-on, quick-change tips.
The defibrated material is suitable for composting, burning or spreading in park areas. The quality of the fraction can be set by adjusting the rotation speed of the intake roller and the screw-on strainers. The standard overload protection guarantees stable material flow. The crushed material is unloaded through an adjustable ejection chute or through an unloading conveyor belt.

The crushing hammers are equipped with screw-on, quick-change tips.
