• Problem description: To improve quality and uniformity of the selected recyclables suitable for production of fuel from waste, automatic complexes for MSW sorting into light and heavy fractions by air separation are used. • ERGA implemented a full range of services from design to installation and commissioning of automatic MSW sorting complex for RDF preparation according to Customer’s technical specifications.
• The complex operates in automatic separation/cleaning mode and recovers useful fraction (paper, plastic, film, light woodchips, organics) suitable for application as fuel in a cement kiln. The process can be controlled completely by one operator from the control panel.
• Resoline Air Flow separation complex has a sufficient number of settings required for selecting individual separation mode depending on the requirements for the final product. Intuitive adjustment mechanisms help personnel without special knowledge to set up equipment and achieve up to 98% separation efficiency.
